Inside the front door is a great room with a nautical-themed seating area with two sofas, two navy chairs, a TV with an XBOX system, and a modern dining room table. The adjacent main-floor deck has an outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs overlooking the backyard space. A gleaming kitchen includes culinary essentials, stainless steel appliances, and a granite island with bar-stool seating.

Catch up on much-needed sleep in the primary bedroom, where you can rest easy in the crisp linens, watch TV, and grab a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy the morning breeze from the patio.
