Guests have private and exclusive access to the downstairs unit. Guests have access to shared driveway with two exclusive tandem parking spots on one side of driveway (starting 9/30/2024, prior to 9/30/2024 guests park in the unreserved free public parking spots out front of the home). The entire home is two separate units, this page is to rent the exclusive downstairs unit. All bedrooms and the living area are on the first floor. The upstairs unit is a separate minimum 30-day fully furnished rental. There is a locked door at the top of the stairs that neither unit has access to and only property management can unlock, so both units are secure. Both units can be rented together for 30 days or greater (for a combination of five bedrooms) and that doors can be unlocked for guests. We have periodic servicing of the yard with a landscaper. The area is best accessed by private car, but ridesharing services are active in the area if you'd prefer to come without a car. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors are 10PM to 10AM. No parties are allowed. No smoking or vaping.
This property allows 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 each.
