This adorable apartment is your ticket to paradise and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Return home to unwind on the lanai with a full beachfront view after a long day of snorkeling, beach going, hiking, volcano exploring, or simply lounging in the sun. As the sun sets into the ocean, observe sea turtles swimming in the tide pools below or watch humpback whales and dolphins play in the water.

Kona Reef is a concrete building complex on the seashore with a heated pool, a BBQ area, and a spa. With its much coveted 24-hour security and free parking, it is in the perfect Kona location and is reasonably priced to meet your budget.

The Primary Bedroom features a Queen size bedroom with lovely linens, all provided to ensure your utmost comfort. The Living Room includes a Sofa-Bed to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and small appliances you could need for an enjoyable vacation. The Hawaiian apartment features air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Although there is an elevator on-site, there are a few steps that must be walked to get to the ground-floor condos.

Great location!

Great location to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Loved being able to step out and enjoy the water. There’s even a little beach area a few steps away. The place was clean and just as pictured.

This is a great location that is also next to Honl's Beach. I love how the unit is on the ground floor, making it very convenient to walk out the patio and onto the beach. Highly recommended property

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was well set up. My only complaint is the set up of the beedrooms. They are adjacent to walkways so anyone walking by and talking can wake you. But overall we found this a nice place to stay while in Kona.

Unit was clean and organized. Location was convenient for walking to restaurants. Wonderful to have on sight parking. The park is well-used during the day with yoga and families playing in the sand. It was a bit disconcerting to have people sleeping in the park overnight but patio door was well secured.

The good: for the most part, the unit itself was as advertised. Overall, cleanliness was acceptable. Loved the ocean view, that was without a doubt the highlight. The beach was accessible if we wanted it.The bad: we were disappointed about the renovation going on during our stay. We were informed a week before our arrival that the renovation work was behind, therefore our view would likely be obstructed and the lanai unusable for a period of time. As it turned out, the work in front of our unit was finished prior to our arrival, so we were grateful for that. What we didn't like, though, is that there was work going on inside the unit right next to us, and on other parts of the building that could be easily heard during the day. That impacts the experience. Instead of peace and quiet, there is the sound of construction work for much of the day, not to mention cones and scaffolding being in view.I booked this unit over a year ago. I had many options at that point. If I would've known about the renovation, I very possibly would have chosen a different place to stay. I realize work needs to be done, but guests should be informed when making their reservations, and I would think a discount from the normal price would be appropriate.Overall, though, our experience was good and I would recommend this unit, but without the construction going on. I think communication about that could've been better.That's the only thing that made it a good day, not a great one!

Perfect for our little family!

Great little place! It’s right next to a fun beach, and tide pools where we saw lots of turtles! It’s also a 5 minute walk to town where there is lots of food and shopping. I was a little worried about the kids sleeping on the hide-a-bed, but it worked out great! Overall it was a perfect hub for all of our adventures around the island, and perfect for stay at home days with meals on the patio overlooking the sea!

Sister’s birthday and we celebrate every year. Last 2 years has been in Kona This is the best location for walking around town where all the shops and restaurants and entertainment is. My sister wants to come back next year..

Convenient location

Property was clean and set up well for us. We used it as a staging center for our day adventures. It had towels and plenty of beach gear, and the patio was perfect for gazing at the ocean and reading. I appreciated having air conditioning to take the edge off the afternoon sun. The bathroom fan is pretty noisy but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Love this place!

A fantastic week at Kona Reef B7! This condo faces beautiful Honl’s Beach. The water is too rough and rocky for leisurely swimming but watching the locals boogie board and surf kept me entertained. Downtown is a short walk. The central location does come with some noise but the sound of the waves crashing is mostly what you hear. This condo is older but well maintained and the host is communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this Vrbo in Kona! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and stunning ocean views. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and comfortable furnishings.The location was perfect—just a short drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. We especially loved relaxing on the lanai, enjoying the breathtaking sunsets and ocean breeze. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.Our host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Great place beauty of access to pool and beach . Reminder do not leave clothes over night on drying rack had two bathing suits and tshirt taken! Road is nice for walks and the trolley bus is close. Lots of restaurants and ABC stores. Farmers markets for all your souvenirs and fruit and veggies.

What a great location!

We have stayed on all of the islands including the Big Island in the resort area and this is the first time staying in Kona. We weren’t sure what to expect. What a fantastic location! Walking distance to town. Hon’l Beach was right outside of our lanai, one hop over the wall and we were at the beach. The complex pool, jacuzzi and amenities were perfect.

The kitchen small appliances work but are old. The kettle on/off button needed to be taped down to stay on, not safe.The bathroom fan was very loud . The sofa was very uncomfortable .
