About this space
Welcome to the brand new Rivers Edge Cabin just minutes from downtown Geneva. With a ten minute drive you'll find many great wineries, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. Find yourself relaxing in the screened in porch enjoying the private scape on the canal. Our 90 foot dock can accommodate multiple boats at no extra cost to you. A Perfect place to access Cayuga or Seneca Lake. We offer two kayaks, a firepit and dock chairs, also all included in the rental!
The space
Expect to find a clean and neat space to unwind on your vacation. The cabin is brand new creating a fresh comfortable space to enjoy. There are no shared spaces so you will have full access to the cabin and all of its amenities including parking spaces for your boats and vehicles.
Guest access
We offer self check in and will provide clear instructions to make it easy as possible upon arrival. We will be reachable through the VRBO app at anytime and encourage you to reach out with any questions to ensure you get the most out of your vacation hassle free. We grew up in the area and also love to share our favorite spots and recommendations around.

Had such a great time at the property and the cute little town. Cabin was so clean, loved the smell of the wood, hanging out in the screened porch(kept the bugs out!) and kayaking was beautiful! I would definitely go back to this property!

This little cabin is perfect! It is so clean and tidy! We were very comfortable here. We enjoyed all of the amenities, including kayaking and playing cornhole. Spending time on the deck fishing was so fun and relaxing. We also enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch. We really enjoyed our stay!

The entire property was fresh and clean. Michael was very attentive to detail in furnishing the cabin with everything one could possibly need during their stay.The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and he kindly left a welcome message with great suggestions for nearby by dining and activities. And something we have never seen in a rental before: a basket of s’mores fixings, ready and waiting.Thank you, Michael, for a great experience.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well maintained. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It is right off a main road, so there is some noise from passing vehicles. Mike was an excellent host and very responsive when needed. Highly recommend.

The property had everything you needed. It was very clean and exactly as described. Close to stores and attractions. The owner was kind enough to leave brochures of nearby attractions and a hand written note of popular places to visit and dine. I am thinking about booking it again for next year.

This is our third year in a row staying at this property, and it never disappoints! The place is always absolutely spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. You can tell the host puts a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.We especially appreciate the thoughtful welcome card with recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, and things to do. It’s such a nice personal touch and makes exploring the area even more enjoyable.The location is fantastic, with easy access to so many wineries and attractions around Seneca Lake. It’s also the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Bird watching from the property is wonderful, and there’s nothing better than sitting by the fire at the end of the day and taking it all in. We’ve loved every stay and clearly keep coming back for a reason! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful place with a fantastic location and a host who truly cares about their guests, we highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

A relaxation stay!

Was a wonderful weekend stay! We floated in the river, had a campfire, went kayaking, and fished! Would recommend and we look forward to coming back! Went to ports cafe for dinner and it was amazing!!

Working with this Mike was effortless. Expect to go to his cabin and it being stocked just like your own home. You don’t need a pot, pan, dish, cup, spoon, or fork. Just walk in like it’s your own home. And to be honest it’s way more peaceful and less chaotic, because there are no bills lying around on the counter and there’s toilet paper lol. This place is a perfect little get away! Thank you Mike for making the perfect spot for our celebration.
