Nice place but some issues

The property is very nice but we were not in the one shown (copy but different items inside). The check-in was horrible, we came in late because of airport/flight issues and didn't receive the apartment information until a security guard assisted to reach the host(rep). The different unit had some differences including appliances, furniture, decoration that was an unpleasant surprise. The kitchen is missing some essentials for use and my wife burnt herself trying to use the oven (no mitt or oven items at all), this and other related items were not resolved.Besides the check-in and kitchen items the place was secure, clean, has lots of space, and was organized.Other highlights:Right on the beachQuick access to Pools (kids, adult, hot tub and more)Nice shared pool patio area with grills (by appointment)Clean beach (swimming is meh, rocky/muddy)Not crowdedThere are options for food not to far away inside the complex including great pizza. Golfing was fun (just dont go when its too hot!!)Good halfway location to Punta Cana or Santa DomingoAll-in-all for a DR property I would recommend regardless of the issues we had.
