Great House for the Family

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It had plenty of bedrooms, and the TV space was perfect for the kids to relax and unwind. The kitchen was spacious, and there was enough room for all of us to gather around the table for meals. This house was the ideal base for our busy family weekend, providing both comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

Great getaway

Our family of 5 had a great time visiting some good friends and getting out of town for a couple days. The house was clean, spacious, and updated. You could definitely tell that there was a lot of thought put into this VRBO!

Perfect spot for Family!

Our son got married Memorial weekend and this home kept our whole family! It was clean, it was spacious and tons of information left in book so you didn’t have to guess on Anything! The primary bathroom shower gets a AAAA Laundry came in handy! The lakes are so beautiful all around the property, we took daily walks around them! I would literally buy this home if it was for sale

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

Lovely property! We have stayed in a few in the area and this one was the best! Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances top-notch. Beds very comfy. Don't get me started on the master shower! Wonderful!! Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect Location - Wonderful Stay

This is our second time at this location and we loved it even more. There was a little problem with the door lock not working for early check in, but it was resolved quickly enough. Owner is pleasantly responsive to questions. Kitchen and master are beautiful. Appliances and fixtures are a step above the typical rental. Will definitely stay again.

Our family totally enjoyed our stay at Dobson Ranch property. The owner was very prompt on replying to questions or a couple of issues. The property was beautiful and perfect for our family. The pool was within walking distance as well as pickle ball and tennis courts. Our granddaughters enjoyed the walking trail and close proximity to the two parks. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future trips.

Comfortable Property.

The property is centrally located. It is not far to most places you may want to go. The place was very comfortable. The only complaint is the unit could have cleaner . As well as a few more cups and plates.

Spacious Lakefront Getaway in the heart of Dobson Ranch

You immediately notice the attention to detail when you pull up to the house. Little features make the house stand out with a world traveler vibe. Spacious open floor plane that allows the house to feel bigger than it is and plenty of room for pets or little ones to run about. The comfortable theater room is where we spent most of our nights after coming in from the back yard or lakefront walk. Guest bathroom is nice but the master bath is stunning with dual showers and great water pressure; ( I rate hotels by shower and water pressure hahaha.) The back yard and patio is stunning giving you a serine water front property in the city. You can hear the water fountain and wildlife as you sit and enjoy the sun or a drink at sunset. We fully took advantage of the Pool/ Splash pad access and fishing at the connected lakes throughout the neighborhood. My daughter really enjoyed all the playgrounds and open grassy areas to run while walking the path around the lake. We easily spent most of our time at the house which felt warm and comfortable. We would happily book this property again next time we come back to the Phoenix area.

The Nest was our former home where we started our family. We loved the house and neighborhood so much, we wanted to share this special place with everyone.

What makes this property unique

Situated in the desert, you don't feel like you are in one! The house is great because it has a secured yard to let the kids be kids, but offers (3) community pools, a splashpad, walking paths, playgrounds, basketball courts, and so much more. You cannot find a better location, family friendly neighborhood, and a house ready for your visit!
