Added to our portfolio in April 2023, Butterfly Beach House is a charming Santa Cruz vacation rental home easily within walking distance to Corcoran Lagoon Beach, and 26th Avenue Beach, minutes from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Yacht Harbor, and wonderful local restaurants, shopping, and coffee houses in the neighborhood.



Stylish and thoughtfully remodeled, Butterfly Beach House is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, craftsman style single-level home that sleeps four to six persons comfortably.  The sunny backyard is a great place to host family dinners/BBQ in the summertime and also features a detached casita to serve as a quiet office for work meetings, or as an additional sleeping area.  The new and updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your family's dinner, and the dining area can accommodate a dinner party for up to 6 people.



Centrally located in a mixed-use area in mid-town, the Butterfly Beach House is just a 5-minute car ride or 15-minute walk to Santa Cruz's best surf spots in Pleasure Pooint, Buttterfly Beach House offers everything you need for your home away from home, vacation or extended stay, complete with new kitchen appliances, high-quality cookware, craftsman style finishes, gas stove, two flat screen smart TVs, radiant floor heating, high-speed wireless Internet, washer/dryer, Sonos audio system and more!

Butterfly house

Exceptionally clean and well appointed with good size rooms, and a great backyard with studio, BBQ and seating. Easy walk to restaurants and beaches

Beautiful beach house <3

The beach house was so so lovely! The check-in process was very easy, and the online guide provided had all the information about the amenities, utilities, and local attractions. The rooms were very spacious and clean, stocked with all the supplies we needed. We were also able to cook a few meals in the house: all the equipment is in very good condition and modern, easy to use. The garden is definitely the highlight of the property: the flowers were so beautiful at sunset, and the jacuzzi was absolutely wonderful after a long day running around at the beach. 10/10 would love to stay again!!

We absolutely loved this property. The pictures are good, but don’t do this property justice at all. It has the most AMAZING woodwork, and creative details. The back garden was magnificent with tons and tons of space and beautiful gardens. My husband loved the hot tub, so that was a nice bonus for him. We only stayed for two nights, so I can’t attest to all of the kitchen equipment, but there is everything one could need for a longer stay.
