Not as described - dirty and 1 less bedroom then advertised

The property pictures are nice, but the unit was dirty. There were flies everywhere when we got there. There are also limited towels, etc. The place was listed as 5 bedrooms when we booked it, but it only had 4 bedrooms. We kept trying to message/call the property manager and they kept responding with "we are looking into it". They confirmed that the unit only has 4 bedrooms but listed it as a 5 bedroom place, but didn't do anything to rectify the situation. We also asked that the unit be cleaned, and again got the run around and nothing was cleaned. We were there for 4 nights. VRBO did nothing to help us either - false promises just to say too bad in the end. Very disappointing experience and wouldn't stay there or at any of the host's properties. Overall, the unit itself was nice, but it was dirty and not listed accurately and the experience was sub par to say the least. And remember, once you check-in, you will receive no support.

TERRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY

THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The host canceled our reservation at 10:00 am on our way to california and check in was at 4 pm They didn’t even give us an explanation as to why and we had to stay at a hotel the first night (10 of us) and they didn’t do anything about it please do not book this stay as they will cancel hours before check in and won’t give you an alternative nor will they care if you’re stranded or will have to lose all your deposits for stuff planned. I think it’s ridiculous how they give us a time line by a certain date that we need to cancel but don’t give the host a time line it is absurd it’s my first time using vrbo and will never use it again. I wish i could give this 0 starts but the app doesn’t allow me to
