Nice house just bad smell

The house is nice and has a good distribution, but there’s a really bad smell coming from the pipes of the main bathroom and it makes the house to smell really bad… it’s very bad and the bathroom has the worst smell If you are not bothered by bad smells it may be Ok for you but we stayed there for many days and it was a real bummer, We told the property manager about it and he didn’t do anything about it. Also be aware there’s no microwave (despite showing a microwave on the photos) so be prepared to wash a lot of dishes if you’re planning to eat in the house.

Great Location

The condo/apartment is in a great location. Parking is on street level and can get crowded. If you want to go exploring LA, it's probably best to park as close as you can to the property and Uber or Lyft. Had WiFi issues during our stay but that was more of a provider issue than the property owner. Only complaint we have is that the upstairs tenant is very loud. Overall we enjoyed our time at the condo and the owner is very responsive to messages.
