The first floor features a family room that is open to the kitchen/dining area with a three-season porch for an inviting gathering space. The kitchen has everything you'll need and there's a patio with a gas grill for a BBQ! The second floor features a king bed with a bathroom in the first bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has one double and one twin. There is a driveway and garage for your use, and plenty of available community parking. There is also a community pool, allowing the everyone time to relax in the sun.

The community is conveniently located next to Jungle Jim's waterpark and plenty of dining!
