About this property

The Shady Nook is a cozy, one bed, one bath space with a queen bed plus a full sofa bed so it will comfortably accommodate 4. You will have an easy, contactless check-in and checkout. The back patio boasts a picnic table as well as a swing., perfect for relaxing in the quiet at the end of a busy day. The back yard is spacious and 40% unfenced, but relatively private. You will have a good chance of spotting a local colony of Blue-crowned parakeets right in the neighborhood.

The Nook is tucked away on a quiet lane that is perfect for walking or biking. The Rossetter House Museum and beautiful Rossetter Park are a 5 minute walk. Just beyond the museum, and 0.2 miles from Nook, you’ll stroll right into the Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD) where you’ll find spectacular food and desserts, beer, shopping, and rich local events, such as: live music, farmers market, or craft market. You’ll find great local recommendations in our welcome book that you can find inside the unit.

The nearest beach is located across the Eau Gallie Causeway
all the way at the end, a 7 minute drive from the Nook. Parking at any of Melbourne’s beautiful beaches is free so take your time picking that perfect spot. We have beach towels, chairs and a beach bag inside to help make it an easy trek.

You’ll find all of your necessities stocked and ready for you. I will have some coffee pods and creamers to get you started and a supply of toiletries in the bathroom should you need anything. I have a pack n’play and other baby/toddler items available upon request.

Charming cottage.

Cozy cottage is exactly as described. Stayed for two months and it worked out well. It's small but efficient. Great location The cottage is very well stocked. It is very very clean. The owners is in contact and insists on knowing if anything is not to your liking. She is available to make sure it gets corrected. You will not be disappointed.
