Summary:
Second floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.

Beautiful villa walk to beach and restaurants
Lovely 1 BR villa overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Larger sized BR with full bath. We stayed for a month and will definitely be back.

The fact the owner was absentee from the property…. Showed ! Although there was communication with Joe there is a total disconnect with service ! We met some people that shared similar concerns .

The guest appeared to believe they had booked the Four Seasons, which they did not. We were unaware we were hosting such an important celebrity. This ranks in our top 10 oddest encounters and one we couldn’t wait to conclude.
So we had some dirt in a corner that washed out from rain from a planter bed during the guest stay. Multiple “issues” were claimed, but upon arrival there were none. Is there laundry? Yes — it’s in the unit. The shower “wouldn’t drain” because the plug was down. The door “wouldn’t unlock” due to improper use. The TV was disconnected; we responded within 30 minutes and fixed it. This went on and on.
The guest was adamant about meeting the host, even though a co-host is onsite daily and available. We were not aware of how important this person was.
Based on our many other highly rated reviews, this is clearly a guest-specific issue, not a property issue.

Our stay was nothing short of delightful. The cleanliness and brightness of the space immediately set a welcoming tone upon arrival. Its proximity to essential amenities and leisure spots, including the beach, added convenience to our daily activities. The well-maintained pool was amazing! We wholeheartedly recommend this gem and eagerly anticipate my return next year.
