Summary:
Second floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.

Mini vacation

Nice neighborhood, easy access to beach. Publix is very close. And easy walk to restaurants. Definitely would stay again . Very clean and well stocked.

Wonderful stay!

First time staying here. We had booked for one week at another resort on the ocean - couldn't book any longer of a stay - so booked this resort for 2 weeks prior. It was clean, beautifully appointed and a quick walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants. No need for a car. Will come back!!

Spectacular Stay

We loved staying at this property. The apt was clean, well decorated, spacious and had everything we needed. The entire property is very well maintained and very cute. Pool area is very nice. We will stay here again when we come down. I would highly recommend this property. Communication was superb as well. 10+ stars

Property is a Gem

We loved our stay at this property. The unit is well equipped, the property is very well maintained, and the owners could not be more friendly and helpful. Not really any need for a car here as all necessities are walkable, Publix, the beach, and a plethora of entertainment dining and happy hours. Looking forward to our next visit.

Nice get away.

It was a great week! The place was lovely. Everything you need. We were walking distance to grocery store & shopping center. Also lots of bars and restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Condo was decorated beautifully! Already planning to go back. 😃

Comfortable Beach Get away

My husband and I enjoyed our almost 3 weeks at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Loved the neighborhood and the walkability - just couple blocks to the beach, the restaurants, and the Publix grocery store. In fact did not have (or need) a car for most of our stay. We did use the local shuttle which was a fun option to uber. The apartment was updated and bed was comfortable. Just wish the pool was more heated as really too chilly for comfortable adult use. And would have liked a desk or table in the bedroom, as we were both working virtually for most of the time. Would recommend
