This remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa apartment is just 2 blocks from the wide, sandy beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants, shops and the world-famous fishing pier. The living room has new furniture and 50" Xfinity cable HDTV with DVD player and library. The master bedroom has a queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet, HDTV and private bath. The second bedroom also has a HDTV, queen bedroom suite, walk-in closet and private bath. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The galley kitchen features new appliances and cabinets as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware and cooking utensils. The villa has been completely renovated both inside and out. The new impact windows and doors provide a virtually soundproof inside environment that's perfect for that afternoon nap. You can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and even a fountain or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. Staying at this place was great for us! The location had plenty of bars, restaurants, and a Walgreens within walking distance which made our stay great! Jan was a perfect host and communicated everything easily with email and text and the place provided us with plenty of amenities that made going to the beach, cooking, and laundry easy to do! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location by the beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and area

Tom and Jan were very accommodating. The place was quaint, clean and in the best area. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Saved us from renting a car. Would definitely come back!
