The Space:

The warm breeze drifts across the screened‑in tiki patio, where the pool glistens and the fire pit waits for evening conversations. Whether you’re chasing sunrise on nearby beaches or savoring a quiet night at home, the space feels like a gentle, tropical pause.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. A queen bed occupies the second bedroom, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. A twin air mattress provides an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is situated off the hallway for convenient access.



Living areas

The open living room blends comfy seating with ocean‑inspired décor, creating a relaxed gathering spot. Adjacent, the open‑concept dining area offers space for meals or planning the day ahead. A Smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained after a day of exploring.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. Everything you need is within reach, whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or whipping up a dinner with local catches.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened‑in tiki patio for al fresco dining beside the sparkling pool, perfect for Florida’s season‑neutral climate. The fully fenced backyard adds lounge seating and a fire pit, ideal for unhurried evenings under the stars. Beach essentials are provided, making a quick trip to the shoreline effortless.



Amenities

You’ll find washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades for added comfort. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are included. Guests enjoy a private entrance, free parking for up to four vehicles plus additional street parking, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Largo. Clearwater and Sand Key beaches are just a short drive away, and local attractions are within reach, giving you the freedom to balance peaceful downtime with vibrant exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
