4 Bedroom - Completely updated. Super safe neighborhood close to USNA stadium

Not your typical Airbnb. This is our vacation house too and we have it stocked so you can enjoy all of the amenities of home, without having to bring them yourself.

Full kitchen with fresh coffee beans, K cups, and tea provided for starters. Breakfast starters provided too. Everything you need for home cooking too.

3 bedrooms on main floor - no going up and down stairs to sleep! Parking for 4+ cars on site, so no having to search for parking or walk to the garage!

King bed in master. Two twins in the other 2 ground floor bedrooms. Nice queen in the basement. Basement also includes a full size pull out couch from Ikea so much better sleeping than a sleeper sofa.

Games for inside (including PS5), and backyard games too.

Great deck off the main floor in back. 8 seat deck table, plus umbrella. It includes a separate bench (with charcoal/lighter fluid usually inside), and a Weber charcoal grill on the deck. The deck is shaded from 3pm on, and backs up to Weems Creek headwaters so very wildlife viewing area.

We love our place and know you will too.

Great place for a weekend.

The property is exactly as the listing and the welcome binder provider all the information we needed about the house. Fully stocked kitchen helped us to prepare for the football tailgate. It is a great location if coming up to go to a Navy game. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. A perfect place for our two families to enjoy a weekend in Annapolis. Would definitely stay at this place again.

One of the Best VRBO’s that I’ve stayed at

This house was more than perfect! We were 6 coaches attending the Navy Game. It’s location to the stadium was less than one mile. The house is exactly what the pictures show. Clean and in a nice neighborhood, the owner was very responsive prior, during and after our stay. My highest of recommendations for this home.
