About this property

100 steps from beautiful St. Augustine Beach (we've counted!). "Beach side" of A1A, so no roads to cross. Easy to go back and forth to beach as needed. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and ice cream. 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 queen, 1 with two singles (and den with another single). Two bathrooms, both w/showers only. Outside 'shower' for beach rinses. If you can't do beach front, you need our rear pergola area!! It is perfect for post-beach hanging out, morning coffees, or late nights. BBQ, Pet friendly with deposit (St. A beach is pet friendly too!) Non-driving area of the beach makes it safe for kids!! Well equipped kitchen, laundry, outdoor storage for surf boards, etc. Please note: very small indoor dining table (seats 4) and bar area with 2 seats; but outdoor dining table fits all your guests!

Girls trip

The property description is pretty accurate. We loved being close to the beach and it’s an easy ride into town. For three nights it was great. There is a huge infestation of carpenter bees on the patio that should be addressed immediately. That was a little unpleasant. The only communication I had from the owners seemed to be the auto generated texts you get right before you check in and the day after asking how your first night went. The email I sent ahead of time and the one I sent during my visit went unanswered. But overall we had a great weekend and the beach was lovely.

Great Little Beach House

This house is all about the back patio and the beach! We loved the outdoor set up; it’s just as pictured. The house is on a very quiet and short street - at the end of which is the amazing St Augustine beach. Our dogs went crazy and had a blast on the beach! This house is even closer to the beach than I anticipated. The house itself was well accommodated for 4 adults and two dogs. It is an older house, but it was clean and updated pretty well. That being said, it really is all about the outdoor space and the beach. We also visited historic St Augustine a couple times (also dog friendly) we had a great time there! It was about a 10 minute drive. Overall this was a great choice!

Cozy beach retreat

We really enjoyed this cozy beach retreat! It was close to the beach and lots of restaurants! The inside common space was cozy which we prefer (nowhere for the kids to hide away) and the outside back area was spacious and beautiful! We really enjoyed our getaway and hope to stay there again!❤️
