If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei offering sweeping views of the Pacific. There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching.

Great location, well maintained and upgraded property.

Sugar Beach Resort is a great place. Wonderful views and terrific for beach walks (plus great sunsets ). Only negative is the lack of keyless entry. Every other condo here is just a coded lock for entry. Twas a pain always having to carry a big hotel key and plastic tag. Condo is super nice and very well stocked, including several beach chairs. Just needs the damn door lock upgraded.
