Welcome to Blue View by Roaming Home Properties, located on beautiful Lake Taneycomo. This newly built top floor (4th floor with elevator access) condo has the most incredible lake views! You'll feel like you're away from it all, yet Blue View is located within minutes of the best that Branson has to offer. Enjoy coffee on the deck and watch the fog rolling off the lake. You'll likely see heron, ducks, geese and bald eagles on a daily basis as well! Take a dip in the pool or bring your fishing poles and fish right off the dock located on the property.

Newly built in 2023, this light and bright home has been designed for those wanting to experience the beauty of Branson and Lake Taneycomo in style and comfort.

LIVING: The living room captures all the lake views and sunsets, has plenty of seating options and even a premium king sleeper sofa. There's a 55" smart TV and you'll find a selection of board games and an electric fireplace for those cooler evenings.

KITCHEN: Stocked with everything you'll need, featuring quartz countertops, pantry and a large island with seating for 4. Coffee lovers, we've got you covered! French press, K-cup style or drip coffee options are available as well as a starter of coffee pods. We also encourage our guests to try some of our local favorites nearby. Branson has some incredible coffee roasters!

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are furnished with luxury king mattresses and linens, blackout curtains and include a smart tv. Comfort is key. You won't want to leave!

BATHROOMS: The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The shared bathroom also has double sinks and provides a tub/shower combo.

LAUNDRY: A separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer is provided.

House Rules and Helpful Info:

-A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

-$300 security deposit hold is required.

-Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 10am.

-There is NO CABLE TV available, but all TV's have streaming access for all your favorite shows, movies and sports. Please bring your own user name and password to log into your accounts.

-No Animals or Pets (HOA restrictions in place) An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for animals brought into the home and you will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for your understanding.

-Must be 25+ years old to book.

-Lake Taneycomo is well known for it's trophy trout fishing and is a cold water lake year round. If you're looking to spend a day swimming at the lake, we highly recommend taking a short drive to Moonshine beach on Tablerock Lake.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

-Liquid hand soap and dish soap

-Initial supply of coffee (No one should have to go without coffee the first morning after traveling!)

-Initial supply of the following:

Dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. *You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay*

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ONCE YOU GET TO THE PROPERTY: Blue View is on the TOP FLOOR of the condo building. You can take the elevator to the 4th floor and then turn RIGHT out of the elevators, to unit #7. There are 2 other Unit #7's on the top floor, ours is the one on the right side of the building.

The easiest way to navigate is to tap "MAP" on the bar right at the bottom of your screen. Once on the map you will see the blue house icon. This is where you are staying. Simply click it and then click "get directions". It will open Google Maps and the end point (where you're staying!) will be filled in. You simply need to type in your starting point.
