Remodeled for 2024, Ski and stay at the BEST ! Private Hot Tub, 100yds to ski!
Remodeled for 2024 ! Located in Bldg A at Powder Run, we are the closest building for access to Deer Valley, located right next to the funicular and 150ft from condo to skiing ! Even the Ski school we are the closest housing to get the kids off to school.
Beautiful 1500sf condo with 2 decks overlooking Deer Valley Resort. Both bedrooms are Large Master Suites. We have re-designed the Master Bath to include both a walk-in shower, and a private spa like jacuzzi tub to relax indoors and in privacy of the bath after a good day on the slopes.
2nd Master has both a queen bed and an added set of Full Bunk beds for kids!.
Both Bedrooms, along with the family room have flat screen TV's to give everyone their own down time areas as well.
We have owned the property since April 2013 and did COMPLETE remodel Fall 2023. New Kitchen, Flooring, Paint, Bathroom #2!
You even have yout own PRIVATE Jacuzzi Spa on one of the 2 decks we have overlooking the Deer Valley Mountains !
Condo includes WiFi and Cable, all the bedding, linens, fully furnished for a great family or group vacation .
We are located in Bldg 'A' which is closest and just 100 yards to the resort ! We are closer than parking at the resort ! We also have secured, under ground parking, and personal ski locker for your use.
Free Park City Bus Service to other resorts, Park City, and The Canyons, runs every 30 mins, and also into Park City for nightly entertainment.

This is a perfect location to go to the St Regis, Snow Park or hop on the regular buses to head into town. Spacious with some newer fixtures and features. The construction of the building is from the 1980s and it shows. No heat in the hallway or the living room sections of the units. We were frequently really cold in the unit.

Thank you for staying, and yes, this is the best location for easy access to Snow Park Lodge, St Regis, and ski school for kids.
We encourage all guests to reach out if you ever have needs. Our unit has central heat, floor heaters, and even heaters in bathrooms. Big key to all houses in cold mountains is closing curtains at night as our big beautiful windows in the day will be less insulated at night if left uncovered.
We also appreciate guests saving energy while away from unit but recommend not turning off/down thermostat from your preferred comfort level for the whole stay. When it drops to zero degrees outside it's a tough recovery back to room setting .
Our stay was 11 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer the property is absolutely beautiful had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect after our daily hikes and being so close to the mountains for live music what’s the best?Just a few steps away to catch a bus to go almost anywhere within Park CityWe hope to be back next year for a longer stay
Absolutely perfect for our family of five! Very walkable for our young children with ski boots to the Snow Park Lodge. Great place to stay for our spring break vacation.
We had a great stay at this property. We love the location - close to Snow Park Lodge and the St. Regis - making getting to and from the slopes every day really easy and near restaurants that we could walk to. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing.
The host was extremely accessible, which really helped when there was an issue with the cable tv. The closeness to the slopes was a plus. The valet for the skis and boots are free, but if you want to leave shoes during the day there is a 20 charge. I loved the location to the lift! The inside of the condo is newly redecorated. The fireplace and hottub work perfectly and we loved them. The heating system is a bit weird. We kept the temperature consistent during our stay, never changing it even so, the living room was cold, the guest bedroom hot, and the kitchen and master bedroom just right. We warmed the living room with a fire in the fireplace and that worked like a charm. The kitchen was very user friendly (the drip coffee machine didn't work, but there was also a keurig, so it was fine). The building has zero amenities outside of what is in the unit -- no pool, no gym, no lobby, nothing. You do not hang out at the condo building but the St. Regis is next door and is wonderful for a cocktail or dinner. Bus service to Park City is super convenient. The hallway in the condo was sooo cold. Many reviews mentioned it was not heated. Once we got used to it, it was okay, but it is a bit jarring at first. Bottom line: if you want to stay somewhere to ski all day, go to town at night, this is place is super and you know your host will take care of any issues!
Clean Comfortable Stay Very Close to the Base of Deer Valley
Nice stay. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, very close to base of Deer Valley. Easy walk especially if you leave your skis and boots with ski valets. We had a couple issues (one major) and Steve was very very responsive and everything was taken care of.
Such a fantastic location, closer than the parking to the Deer Valley Ski Resort! Clean, cozy little condo, fit our family of 6 perfectly! Property manager was prompt and very accomodating
Perfect place to stay if you want a property close to deer valley with the easiest access to the lifts. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and Steve was prompt with his communication. Everything was seamless and will definitely be staying here again next year.
Great location in Deer Valley. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the summer. All the listing details were accurate. Loved the balconies for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Indoor parking was great, especially in Park City where parking is scarce.
This is an extremely convenient location. Quick walk to chairlift. There is a place to store your skis for free adjacent to the lift, so we didn’t have to carry them every day. The condo was great. We enjoyed having a wood-burning fireplace and a private hot tub right on the deck. Fun funicular ride up to the St Regis is right next door. Steve was super accommodating!

The location is ideal. You can’t get closer the the lifts and so convenient to restaurants and shops.
We had a wonderful time and would love to return next season.

Our family of four had an outstanding ski vacation at this powder run condo. It was close enough to the slopes so that we were able to sneak away each day for a quick lunch in our condo. The new renovations were outstanding, and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 and Grandma. We will definitely be back.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our ski trip. You can walk to the mountain in just a few minutes and Deer Valley offers complimentary ski storage so we never had to lug our skis back and forth. The St Regis is right next door too so you can pop over there easily for a little apres ski. The unit itself is very spacious, more than enough room for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed to cook. And our host was super responsive. I highly recommend it!
