Why they chose this property

The area is rural with beautiful valley views. Peaceful and relaxing, ideal for walking and cycling. Only a 10 minute drive from the very pretty town of Argenton sur Cruise, where you will find supermarkets, a swimming pool (outdoor and indoor), a cinema, two museums and a variety of restaurants.
Badecon le Pin is within walking distance and here you will find a boulangerie, top class butchers, post office and bar/restaurant.
Gargilesse, one of the most beautiful villages in France frequented by Artists and Sculptors, is just a couple of minutes away by car. It is also possible to access the river opposite the house and walk to Gargilesse. Here you will find the history of George Sands, a Chateau, a couple of restaurants and a bar.
