Great Location

Fantastic stay!! The property was in great condition. Floor plan was tough to figure out from the pictures but each room was great. Only thing that needed attention was the front door handle, only the dead bolt worked, but that was a small issue.

Great vacation

The house is spacious with plenty of bathrooms. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and cleanliness of the home! There are plenty of towels, blankets and beach chairs. The wagon and umbrella provided were also really helpful. You can see the beautiful sunrise from the deck and the beach is just across the street. Cars are permitted to park on the beach, but it was not crowded at all. Location was great. Would definitely recommend!

Fun Times

Enjoyed our stay!!! Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. Accommodations were very adequate. Was thankful for the use of the beach chairs and equipment. The only area for improvement would be more usable porch/balcony furniture. The mud room was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and equipment. Having washer/dryer was great. Overall property was well maintained. Would very much consider a return visit.

This neighborhood is one of my favorites in St. Augustine. The close proximity to the beach nestled within a bunch of rentals make the area user friendly for vacationers. I love the proximity to everything. It's just a short drive to downtown and all the historic parts of St. Augustine but also in one of the best BEACH parts of St. Augustine. Best of Both worlds!

Walking distance to the beach, large house that can be shared by 2 families easily. I love how it has so many bathrooms. It's a comfortable large house
