A guest apartment with efficiency kitchen is attached to the main house and graces the free-form pool and spa. The pool house is not included with the rental and is used as storage for the owners. An extensive patio with built-in heaters wraps around the back of the home creating optimal outdoor living at it's finest!

AC available in the primary bedroom and the attached 2nd unit. There are roses, raised planting beds, and many producing fruit trees (avocados, citrus, etc.) in the garden and fully fenced yard. Community of 9 homes has access to a private tennis court. If you are someone who seeks privacy and finds stunning ocean views irresistible, this property will not disappoint. This house does not have live TV service. All smart TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. Unit has fast wifi.

*NO PARTIES: This house is located in a quiet community and the concerns of our neighbors is our top most priority. We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

*PETS: ONLY 3 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

*POOL LIABILITY WAIVER: once booked, we will request the guest's direct email address to finalize the standard pool liability waiver that is required. The pool is unheated, and the spa can be controlled by a tablet in the house, or remotely by our team members.

*Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, outdoor space and hot tub after every guest. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.*

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## Neighborhood

The most amazing part of this property is its location…less than a mile to Mesa Lane Beach and just a few minutes from famous State St. and Stearns Wharf!

Full refund only if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days prior to check-in date minus 4% credit card transaction fee if booked directly.
If canceled after 48 hours, no refund for the first 30 nights from the date of cancellation.
If canceled with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation, the reservation is nonrefundable.
If canceled after the trip has started, the following 30 nights of the reservation are nonrefundable.
