The house was exactly as pictured. We loved the house. It was clean, comfy, and in a great location. We will be trying to rent this house again next year!!!
This house was perfect for our stay in beautiful Hiawassee. We were impressed by how clean the home was. Also impressed by the amazing view from the front porch. We felt so comfortable there. It had everything you could need and was close to anything you might want to do. We were in town for three concerts at Anderson Music Hall at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. We suggest checking out Bell Mountain while visiting Hiawassee. The view is stunning. We are looking forward to our next visit and our next stay at Ivy Mountain.
This cabin was perfect for my family getaway. It is conveniently located less than 5 miles from a large Ingle's grocery store and shopping area. The views from the front porch were idyllic. My Mom, 81, and Dad, 84, enjoyed the front porch and napped there every morning. The fans created a cool experience. It was so still, peaceful and quiet. My brother hung out on the side porch, and I took the back porch. Everyone had their own space to relax. My brother cooked, and the kitchen was stocked with quality pots and pans. There is enough silverware and two options for coffee - drip and pods. We visited Brasstown Bald and Tallulah Falls. It was a great way to spend the weekend.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent? First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost. The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.
Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:
Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller. Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value. Much, much more! A buyer's agent is a valuable asset to any home purchase and should never be considered an unnecessary part of the process.
Respectfully, Robbyn Allen Realtor/Property Manage
