Great property and very spacious. Parking is reserved which gave me a peace of mind of my cars safety. There are some homeless here and there, most do not disturb. Smart & Final across the way for anything that’s needed. Host had great communication and responds in a timely manner.
It wasn’t the best experience at all. Not a good place to relax. Too many issues with the apartment. Dishwasher, tub, door knobs not fully working, parking totally sucked. I do not recommend this place. We got a refund to some it up.

Exceptional Stay in San Diego
I recently had the pleasure of staying in a wonderful apartment in San Diego, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. It was truly a home away from home.
The hosts were exceptional—very nice, responsive, and always ready to help. They quickly delivered any items we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Their hospitality added a special touch to our experience.
I don't remember the last time I felt so satisfied with an accommodation. When I return to San Diego, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Disappointing
The area was very disappointing. Many homeless camping around the building. Construction surrounding the area. Looks like it’s an up and coming area, but it hasn’t gotten there yet. When we arrived the keypad at the unit was not working. It took 30 minutes to get in by a cleaning person. It worked that night. The next day we were out all day came back, didn’t work again. This time 45 minutes to get in , by a cleaning person again. The dishwasher did not work at all. There is not an indoor hallway it’s more like a motel.I would not stay here again.

Not What We Expected
We read the previous reviews and the listing very closely before we finalized our decision. The listing and associated documents said there would be quiet hours. There were not. This was partly because of the other tenants movements (walking, talking, moving in and out) at all hours but also because of the sirens and vehicle noise associated with the adjacent multilane streets. The listing said there would be no smoking. There was smoking almost every day by other tenants that we could smell when we used our balcony. The listing showed the parking area would be gated and locked. The gate was never closed. The documents said the dumpsters had locks with a code. The recycling dumpster was inaccessible because of a keyed lock. The garbage dumpster was not locked (which meant homeless people frequently went through it). The listing did not mention that homeless people use the sidewalk and overhang around the building to smoke and sleep. Three incidents happened during our stay that left us feeling unsafe. The first was a small fire on the side of the building - a traffic cone was set on fire (you can see the smoke line on the building); within the hour, someone set fire to a car outside the building that was totaled; and that night, someone vandalized the fence/gate on the parking lot north of the building.
