There are two bedrooms (queen beds) and full bathroom located on the main floor. Bathroom has a bathtub. Kitchen has a small dining table with 4 seats. Extra seating and table available in finished basement.

King sized bed with TV located in upstairs bedroom. Fourth bedroom, half bathroom, and laundry room located downstairs in finished basement area.

Finished basement with an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry area.

Spacious backyard with deck (seating available spring through fall).

Driveway and street parking available (please do not block sidewalk with vehicles)

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750+ charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
