1+ Month Rental - NO CHARGE Heated Pool - Beautiful Rancher w/ Amazing Backyard

Our home is located in the Rancho El Dorado - “The Duke” Golf Course community. Only 30 minutes from PHX airport.

The backyard has been beautifully landscaped with 900 sq. ft. synthetic grass chipping and putting, green palm trees, 5 varieties of fruit trees, cactus and other plants to give you a resort like atmosphere around the fully heated pool (GAS) heated to 80-84 degrees. Many solar lights and flood lights surround the backyard, but not so much that you cannot see the magnificent beautiful stars. You are also able to putt and chip under the illumination of this lighting. There is a propane BBQ (you may need to purchase the propane if empty) . There is ample seating in the backyard, including a four person conversational dining patio set; and recline-able loungers with umbrella.

There is plenty of extra space with Living room, Family room, and Den. Additional access to the backyard and pool can be done from the Family room. View of the pool can be seen throughout various parts of the house. Full Size Washer and Dryer.

The primary bedroom has a King size Sleigh bed and a full bath with dual sinks, separate shower/tub, and walk in closet. Private access to the pool can be made off of the master bathroom. It also has a 42" LCD HDTV with Blu-ray Player and Roko TV. The other bedrooms include a Queen bed and a Full size Double. A Twin bed is located in the Den; however, there is no privacy.

Watch entertainment on the 55" LCD UDTV 4K and Blu-ray Player and Roko TV.

The laptop allows you to explore the Internet with Ethernet and Wi-Fi. A printer is available but you will have to supply the ink if needed.

Currently, we have one bicycle that you can use.

Golf
We have available atleast 2 sets of Golf Clubs (stiff shaft ) for Free so you won't have to fly a set down.

One of Golf Digest top 100 Golf Courses (Southern Dunes) which was co-designed by Fred Couples and is managed by Troon Golf is less than 10 minutes away. There are over 50 golf courses within 45 minutes!

    Beautiful Vacation Rental

    I am so glad that we chose this house in Arizona. The accommodation were great and had everything that we needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and we loved the pool.     Can't say enough nice things about this listing! Pictures are very accurate but lovely neighborhood, great walking areas, sidewalks everywhere, playgrounds and of course , lots of golfing. The pool and putting green was so much fun for my family! Kitchen very well stocked, had no issues at all, owner worked with us and very quick on replying. highly recommend if you are going to Maricopa!

    So peaceful and relaxing

    The house was beautiful and my family all said that it felt like home. The backyard was just beautiful with the pool and we really enjoyed playing golf. It was very peaceful to watch the birds in the morning especially the cactus wren! It was stocked with all of the necessities. Every time I looked for something I needed, I was able to find it! Communication was excellent. Such an enjoyable stay, will definitely be back again!

    Winter in Maricopa

    To begin this reference: we will “DEFINITELY” stay here again if available. Everything was as promised. The home is lovely and everything was clean and ready for us to check in. The back yard was fun with the putting and chipping mat. It is 5 minutes from the Duke golf course of which I either played or made use of their driving range on a daily basis. Do not hesitate to consider this rental property.

    Very nice home. Clean. Even though we didn't cook during our short stay there, everything needed was in the kitchen. The weather just got nice enough on our last day there to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Only drawback we had was not having a remote for the garage or knowing the code to open from outside. But we just went into the house and opened it from inside. Would request this home again if ever in the area.

    Great Stay!

    Our family stayed a week and we used it as a hub to venture out to various parks and monuments (Saguaro, Echo Trail Canyon, Chiricahua, Wave Cave, Casa Grande). The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed in accommodations for the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. In addition, the yard brought a lot of fun with the great pool and the fun chipping/putting green. When we weren't out and about, my wife and I soaked up the sun while the kids (ages 13, 12, 11, and 11) splashed and putted. We had great weather while we were there, and the home allowed us to take full advantage. Lastly, Maricopa had everything we needed in close proximity in terms of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and restaurants for a quick bite (though we did most of our cooking and eating at home). It was a great place to unwind and enjoy our family time together!

    A Great Place to Stay ... Owners Went Over and Above

    This house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 2-week stay. Grocery stores, restaurants and your run of the mill golf courses were close by. The owners went over and above and made arrangements for channels to be available so my husband could access sports channels. We didn't even need to ask. He found out from the pool guy who was very friendly and struck up friendly conversations with my husband. They had a laptop and printer for our use which was a huge bonus. The only slight negative was that most of the courses my husband wanted to golf were in Scottsdale and it was about an hour away. I want to thank Dana for allowing us to have access to his beautiful home. It was a fabulous place to rest our weary heads at the end of a busy day of sun and golf.

    Great vacation house

    Such a great house! We spent the month of October here. Our goal was to spend time as a family at the house, so it was wonderful to have the pool and chipping green.     Relaxing pool vacation

    We stayed in this rental for just over a week. This was our "no plans" relax by the pool vacation. The backyard and pool were perfect. The house was very clean.     A beauty in the desert!

    If you are looking for the comforts of home while away, this is your place. The house is beautifully furnished and has a lovely backyard with a great pool and putting green.     We are Owners and Operators of a couple of businesses in Northern British Columbia. We have 4 children (3 boys and a girl). We are looking forward to the day that we will stay in Maricopa all the time.

    Why they chose this property

    We absolutely love Arizona! It's the weather and the wonderful people! We always look forward to our own vacation time down there to get away from the Northern BC winters and for the boys in the family to play at some great golf courses! The girls love to just relax around the pool and shop. Maricopa is a perfect size community where you don't feel that you are jammed up in a sprawling metropolis. We love it there and look forward to retirement!
