About this property

Bring the family(s) and stay in this spacious home to live like a true local! We are walking distance to Crescent Beach public access, & a short drive into the historical downtown St. Augustine.

This home provides 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pool*, outdoor fire place & grill**, and a full size kitchen. Wi-Fi, a Smart TV*** in each room, a second living area downstairs that includes a classic Pac-Man machine, and all the sandcastle items the kiddos can dream of -- we've got everything you need!

Other things to note:

No more than 13 guests in total are allowed.

*The pool CAN be heated!! If you wish to have the pool heated, there will be an additional $50/day charge. Please let me know and I will send you a separate request for payment. While our pool can be heated, that heat is captured from the outdoor temperature. Because of this, if it is below 55 degrees outside, the pool will not be able to heat to the set temperature.

** Both the fire place and grill use propane gas.

*** Smart Tv's in each room with apps like Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. BYOL (Bring Your Own Login). You can also stream directly from your phone to the TV with certain apps. Make sure to log out before you leave!

Beautiful Home and Excellent Location!!!! Great Vacation for Families!!!

My wife and I went down for a week with our family! The pool/ hot tub was amazing! The location to the beach was also stellar! We spent time at both the beach and pool and it was awesome! The house had all the toys and accessories needed for us to spend time by the pool and also spend time at the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental house in this area! We loved our time at the house and look forward to our next trip!!! I also would like to note the check-in / check-out process was super smooth! We had zero issues with the check-in and check-out instructions we received. The whole process was super smooth and seamless!!!!
