About this property

Bel Sole is located on west beach, surrounded by small beach homes and removed from high rises and tourist congestion, you really feel more like your walking into a spa than a condo. With only three units per floor, the lower density complex gives a lower stress and less crowded vibe. The stunning amenities add even more to enhance the spa feel. With heated Indoor and outdoor pools, and equipped work out facilities at your finger tips.

Unit 1703 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With beautiful views from of the area, this unit is sure to please.

The master offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers bunk beds (twin over double bed), along with another twin bed. This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. This unit gives you the best of both worlds!

The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!

When your ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.

Have a large group and need multiple units? The complex has three units per floor. We also have the other two units on this floor in the rental program. Please ask for more info.

Nice Getaway

Lovely views in a quiet part of Gulf Shores. The condo was too far from stores or restaurants to walk but the distance meant less traffic and more quiet. Condo is nicely set up but could use a thorough spring cleaning, especially floors/baseboards and pots and pans. Rental company provides no scrubber for the dishes and limited dishwasher soap so it appears that most renters barely clean the pots and pans. Little surprised after renting for years in the Florida panhandle that the bare minimum of condiments (not even salt and pepper) and some beach chairs were not provided by the rental company.

Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week away at this property! The unit itself was crisp, clean, and very roomy, which provided for a very relaxing stay. It had a well-stocked kitchen. The property had large windows throughout providing plenty of natural lighting during the day, which we loved. The laundry/mud room was spacey as well. Elevators worked well the entire time, which can be iffy at some properties if you know what I mean... And the views were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from both the lagoon and the gulf side! Definitely a double whammy! The unit is not "beach front" if that is something you are looking for, but it definitely felt that it was. Even with children, the walk across the street took less than 5 minutes and had private access to the beach, so that was no problem at all for us. It's worth mentioning that the property managers contacted us well before the check in time informing us the unit was available a little earlier than expected, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to others and consider it for future getaways ourselves! It did not disappoint!

Best Condo We’ve Ever Stayed In!

This condo, hands down, was the absolute nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The building is situated on a narrow stretch between the ocean and the bay and sits directly on the bayside. We loved having front and rear balconies and watching activity on both sides. The balcony furniture was super comfy as well everything in the condo. The master bed and bath are huge and you have amazing views even from the jacuzzi tub. We cannot wait to get back down there. Our first time in Gulf Shores and its a beautiful place…..but it was the condo that we left there raving about.

Highly Recommended for Relaxation

This corner condo was perfect for a relaxing trip. Gulf and Lagoon view was breathtaking. Sunrises from one balcony and sunsets from another. Loved it!
