Grand Beach Resort sits directly ACROSS the road from Gulf Shores State Park. Condo is within walking distance to the Gulf State pier. The complex is less than one mile east of Hwy. 59 (The Hangout) in Gulf Shores. The beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Gulf Shores are just steps away from your door. Balcony views from the 4th floor unit give the spectacular views of the beach without those high beach front prices. Rear views face Gulf State Park Wetlands. Main floor has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and kitchen-living area. Loft has bedroom area. Unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably. All the amenities of home including stackable washer/dryer. Complex has great pool, hot tub and poolside covered patio area. Also, stainless steel grills available onsite.

The condo was perfect for my family! It had everything you need and more for a great beach vacation! We came for the softball and stayed for the mini golf and wonderful food places. Lulu’s had the best food and The wharf was great to walk around and shop. Thank you so much for letting us stay Rhonda!

We stayed in Gulf Shores for a baseball tournament. We were well accommodated even when we decided to come up early. The condo is spacious and would have been such a beautiful view if it didn’t rain! Even though it stormed almost daily, we still had a great time at The Hangout, riding go-karts when the rain went away, and shopping. We also were well equipped in the condo to stay put and watch sports, movies, or play games. Ms. Rhonda was easy to reach if we needed anything! Can’t wait for our next trip!

Beautiful view, and incredible accommodations! We will certainly be back to Rhonda’s place, not only was she a great communicator but shared a lot of suggestions of great things to do in the area! The condo was peaceful and comfortable, an easy bike ride to the State park or a quick walk across the street to the beach. We loved being able to walk a mile in either direction and find restaurants and refreshments!

The staff was great! He made sure that the guest were the ones onsite and assisted in getting rid of people that were not supposed to be in the premises! He was available and always checking on all locations! The owner was exceptional!!!

This property was amazing! The unit was clean and colorful. It had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful and unobstructed, absolutely breathtaking! Rhonda, the owner, was easy to communicate with and even made sure to give us several options for dining and attractions. The building staff and other owners were super friendly and helpful. They even hosted a shrimp boil for Memorial Day! We highly recommend this property if you are looking for lowkey with all the amenities close to everything. We enjoyed eating at the Hangout and the Gulf. And if you have the time, make the drive to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels practice! Spectacular!

Wonderful place to stay

The host was great and very informative about the area from shopping, restaurants and entertainment. She was available to us always and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nice clean unit, great view, close to state park.

We enjoyed the deck looking out over the beach and ocean. Unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were comfy, Check in was so simple. Loved it!

Felt very secure here a beautiful view.

We stayed for the Hangout Fest 2019. It was a good little walk but not entirely too far to comfortably walk

Growing up in Central Alabama, Gulf Shores was our vacation place for many years. I moved to Huntsville for 17 years and didn’t go much and truly missed it! After moving back to central Alabama, I started looking for a vacation place for my family. To be so close to my favorite place was exciting. I have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and friends so it’s something we can all enjoy. Come see why it’s our favorite place!!!

Location! Location! Location! I've been coming to Gulf Shores most of my life. I love the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the gulf. My condo gives my family, friends and guest the opportunity to enjoy the ocean view without leaving our condo. Of course, when we're ready to dig our feet in the sand, we take a stroll on the beach and soak up some sun. Being across the street from the state park gives us the privacy that so many high rise condos do not have.

Location..Location...Location! Location is everything and our condo is so convenient to everything you could want, no matter what your age. Whether you want to stay home, cook on the grill, relax on the balcony, go out to eat or party....it's all located so close! Surrounded by the state park gives you privacy!
