The hosts could not have been better. They were welcoming & responsive. We loved the shared fire pit as we met other fun visitors. Convenient location. Just as advertised. Wonderful getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay! Not only was the weather perfect, but the place was great for me and my adult daughter. Plenty of space, plenty of towels, and just a few blocks from lots of excellent restaurants!

Perfect location to walk downtown, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Grounds are beautiful and the back area has lots of lounging, fire pit and hot tub. There is also a laundry with bike storage that locks! Loved everything about it and we will definitely stay there again! Hosts give you lots of great ideas with there welcome instructions, you should definitely read them!Also, very responsive to any questions.

Great stay

This location was ideal for coming into Moab without having to go through downtown. Walkable to downtown. Very quiet which was great. Mattress was very comfortable. Easy to get in and communication was great.

I stayed here for a month in January and enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean. The kitchen cookware, tableware and appliances were fine. The living room was cozy. The bed was nice. The bathroom was in good order. Nothing to complain about really. The grounds seem to be well maintained. Communication with the hosts was good, but I only really had to communicate during check-in and didn't have cause to reach out during my stay.
