So Many Possibilities
The home is very nice, however, it seems to be somewhat neglected. Location, views of the lake and layout of home are all wonderful. It simply needs some attention, beginning with a thorough cleaning. We understand calendar mix ups - however the rental company did not expect us for a week. The home hadn’t been rented nor cleaned for nearly five months. The rental manager did meet us at the house to let us in since we hadn’t received any entrance information. He did see that the home wasn’t necessarily clean and the pool needing cleaning and treatment. After he left we realized we didn’t have any water. It took over two hours for the Englewood Water Utility to come and turn on the water. Our stay once we cleaned and settled in was enjoyable. We’re actually sad to not be able to give this home a higher rating. With a bit of efficiency on the part of the rental company and/or owners and attention to details inside, outside and in the garage this truly could be a premiere rental site.
