Enjoy all the beauty that Colorado has to offer from this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain condo! The living area features a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace and cozy furniture. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful, panoramic slope views and overlooks the nearby wetlands. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is located down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer in the guest bathroom, and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin sized beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. A central location makes walking to shops and restaurants easy. Both River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area lifts are just a 5 to 10-minute walk away, or only a few minutes via the free shuttle. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the shared outdoor hot tub. Outdoor parking for 2 vehicles, and a private oversized ski closet are included with your stay.

Great Location

If you are skiing A-Basin or Keystone, this is a great location. You can walk to ski lift for Keystone and A-Basin is 10 min or less. The condo is a little dated but you are really there for the location and not the place.

great location but several problems

Nice enough place, but for the price we expected better. 1. The place was not well cleaned when we moved in; dirt and dust in many corners and bathrooms; 2. Dishwasher has a broken heating coil; all dishes wet after cleaning. 3. Drier makes a racket when going. Tub not aligned? 4. Outside grill was a disaster. Spent time (and bought brushes) to clean it before we could use it. balcony too was a mess. 5. Impossible for us to figure out how to use the TV/Cable. But maybe that is just us. 6. Closet and ski storage were filthy, with dirty rug liners stored in them. Still a comfortable condo. The Fireplace was great, and so was the hot tub. Beds were very comfy. We appreciated the humidifier, but it should have its filter changed.
