Carillon Beach Resort is an exclusive beachfront community of beautiful homes, condominiums, multiple amenities and a quaint marketplace.
You'll have access to a private beach with 8 access points, 3 pools/hot tub, tennis and pickleball - so bring your rackets! The Carillon Market Place has restaurants, shopping, Pilates classes, a fitness center and parks. The Resort is walking, golf cart and bike friendly.

Great place to stay at the cutest little beach town!

We love Carillon Beach and this condo is perfect to enjoy the wonderful area. The condo is so cute and had everything you could ever think of. It is a short walk to the beach and the awesome pool. The beach was perfect and never crowded. The property managers were very helpful and we had a wonderful trip.

Adorable place

My husband and I loved the unit. Everything was nice and clean. The deck had a nice view of the lake and ocean in the distance. We were close enough to the pools and ocean with a short walk. We enjoyed the pizza at Lake Powell and Happy Hour.
