Welcome to our townhouse. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse sleeps 6 & is perfect for families, couples & event weekends. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, covered parking for 2 vehicles, and a relaxing covered back patio.

Conveniently located minutes from downtown Lake Charles, the Lake Charles Event Center, the Lakefront, and Golden Nugget and L'Auberge casino's. Enjoy an easy walk or short drive to the Lakefront park, playgrounds, restaurants, and local entertainment.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place towels in bathtubs & do not strip the beds.
Please take out any trash to the can under the carport.
Please set the temp. on the thermostat to 75 degrees in the summer & 65 degrees in the winter. Please make sure all lights are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties of any kind are allowed. This includes gatherings. You will be asked to leave immediately. No more than 6 guest in the townhome.
No smoking, including vapes inside. If you smoke please do not them on the ground. There will be an extra charge if smoking is detected inside.

This townhome was the cleaniest VRBO we have ever rented. The beds where very comfortable. The location is excellent too, located equally between all three major casinos. I highly recommend this VRBO and you will not be disappointed.
