Our tastefully furnished 7BR/4BA home was uniquely cater for large group or large family looking for extended stay. Minutes away from groceries, restaurants located just 4 mi away from Hwy 14 entrance!

Smart lock for the front door and all 8 bedrooms will have its own lock for privacy, grand master suite (600 sf), 1 full bathroom downstair.

Each bedroom have either the closet or wardrobe, queen memory foam bed, dedicated work desk and some bigger room will have some additional seating area.

Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, mid-century modern furnishings, AC/Heater on each floor, laundry room, smart TV, fireplace, fast mesh network WiFi, bamboo pillows, covered patio with extra dinning and seating surrounded with fruit trees, garage parking, etc.

The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.

Perfect for a Small Board to Retreat

Our group had one room per board member. The table in the living room was perfect for meeting and the kitchen table was perfect for eating. Cheaper than a hotel conference room set up. Very quiet cul de sac location, no neighbor drama. Similar size homes (huge). Cleanliness was OK, it could use a good deep cleaning particularly the downstairs floor and seldom dusted surfaces, but that is just me being picky - as good as your average hotel. Could use a set of drinking glasses. We had one board member come home with bed bugs. However it could have been another source. They traveled a lot recently. Just be wise and check like you would at any hotel. No one else reported an issue.
