Looking for a summer sublet in Highland Park? Look no further than our beautiful, spacious indoor-outdoor home! Situated on a large property at the foothills of Debs Park, our house is the perfect oasis for anyone looking for a relaxing, long stay in Los Angeles.
Our main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with the primary bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and the second bedroom set up as a baby/toddler room (optional to add a full size bed). Additionally, we have a guesthouse on the property that can be used as an office, art studio, or functional one bedroom home, complete with a queen sized bed and private shaded back patio.
During your stay, you'll have access to a swimming pool, hot tub, on-site washer and dryer, outdoor picnic table, grill, fire-pit, and ping pong table. Plus, with built-in CoVac air-conditioning units in both homes, you'll stay cool and comfortable all summer long.
Our house is located in the wildly popular Highland Park neighborhood, just 10 minutes from downtown LA, Pasadena, and Echo Park. We're at the foothills of a regional park which offer beautiful, rich views of nature. And during the summer, you can even harvest lemons and fresh herbs from our backyard garden.
Parking is available in the driveway, as well as ample street parking. And for an affordable price, we're open to renting you our Subaru Crosstrek for the duration of your stay.

Please note that our home is a family home in a quiet neighborhood, so we're looking for a responsible tenant who will treat it with care. This is not a party home, but rather a truly special house with lots of character and detail that we'd love to share with the right people.
