Gorgeous comfortable furnishings, new hardwood floors throughout, newly painted. The house is complete with everything needed including soft bed linens and towels, outfitted kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, 55" SMART TV , 1000 MBPS WIFI.

Only minutes from Studio City, Disney, Warner Brothers, CBS, Universal Studios and the Burbank airport.

You have your own private property entrance and private home entrance. The only thing shared is the pool and our friendly 5 lb. Yorkie Poo, Cooper.
