When you're not taking in the breathtaking views, entertainment overflows with a dining room seating for 12, a chef’s dream kitchen, a media room, and a game area with everything from a pool table to air hockey. There are also seven full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms–including one conveniently located outside by the pool. A 2nd-row ocean home with a private heated pool,* spa, and expansive deck space for ideal oceanfront living!

Fantastic House and Location for a Family Reunion.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids (all under 8). The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach was so close. In June, the pool was plenty warm without any extra heating needed. There was plenty of room for the kids to play in different areas of the house. The movie room was perfect for them to watch movies in the afternoon. The kitchen was very well stocked - lots of dishes, a huge refrigerator, two dishwashers, freezer drawers, refrigerator drawers - it was great! The Vacation Company was very responsive and helpful.

Family Favorite

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head off and on for the past 15 years. 14 in all ranging in age from 14-66. This is by far the best house yet. The location was great, the layout of the home was perfect. We loved everything about it. We would have booked it for the the same week next year. However, it is already booked and we only have one week in the Summer that works for everyone. Would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful Home

Our family (13 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay at 18 Ibis. Plenty of room for our large group. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had top of the line appliances and plenty of dishes needed to cook large meals. The house's location is great, only a few steps to the beach. We called the property manager to report a few small issues and they came over immediately to address them. Wonderful vacation, would love to come back and stay again next year!

This house is amazing. Has everything one would need for a great vacation and more. This was my third year here and have already booked for next year. What a perfect vacation our family had at this beautiful beach home! We had 9 adults and 9 grandchildren and everyone was so happy and content! This home provided something for everyone! We have rented beach homes in the past but nothing can compare with the elegance of this home with all its amenities!
