The Bear's Den. The perfect Cabin for the most adventurous outdoor aficionado. Queen Bed for Mama and Papa Bear, Twin Bunk over Full size bed for the cubs. Porridge guaranteed to taste just right when you wake from hibernating slumber to enjoy the two burner stove Kitchenette with Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker and Toaster Oven. Satellite TV, Free Wifi, Screened Porch with Mountaintop views, Charcoal grill, Ride-in access to Wolf Pen Gap Trials, Mountaintop Vista with common picnic area and fire pits. Guests are strongly encouraged to secure all picnic baskets and acorns when entering the Cabin. (Mena Mountaintop Cabins...Our Cabins are Tops!)

Fall foliage trip

The cabin was very clean. The location and check-in instructions were extremely clear. Also, the view from the small screened porch was very nice. There were a few minor complaints. The bed was too soft for me. The WiFi wasn’t very reliable, but that’s to be expected in a remote location. Also, the parking lot was gravel and rutted, so it was a little tricky for us older folks to navigate especially when carrying bags. I would definitely stay here again, though. Thanks for the clean, well-equipped cabin.
