About this property

Kick back and relax in this brand new basement suite located in a quiet neighborhood with 1 min access to green parks and walking trails. 15 mins drive to the premium outlet mall and international airport.
The suite has its own private entrance and a smart keyless lock, WIFI available, 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, insuite washer and dryer and free street parking. A dedicated workspace - A common area with wifi that’s well suited for working.

This is a family home and we live in the main building. I have small children in the house. You will hear some footsteps, furniture, indistinct voices and some kids antics between 9:00am and 8:00pm.
If you are looking for a totally quiet stay between the times mentioned, our space may not be a good fit.

Clean & Compact

Residential neighbourhood. Basement apartment accessible by side door. I would recommend to only people who are stable on their feet as the path to the door is uneven.

Will definitely be back!

This is an absolutely lovely suite. It is exceptionally clean and the extras (spices; toiletry items) are really appreciated. The family is extremely polite and unobtrusive and I really appreciated the privacy. I will definitely be back when in the city.

New to vacation rentals, but best experience.

I stayed at this address for 5.5 weeks. Do not be disconcerted by the lack of a recent photo on Google Maps, the property is newly developed and the home exists. Excellent communication with the host, he even took my tropical plant inside on a cold night while I was hiking in the Rocky Mountains on an extended vacation. I had a very comfortable stay at this residence. The neighbourhood feels safe enough a woman can walk at night. Loved being able to cook my meals.

Great Place for Out of Town Guest

We booked this for an employee of our company who lives out of town and works for us during the week. He enjoyed the ability to cook and make lunches throughout the week and it was a comfortable environment to relax after work and rest
