Located in Charlesworth community this newly renovated suite has 2 bedrooms, queen sized beds and one full bathroom to comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

This is a legal suite as permitted by the City of Edmonton, with separate entrance, laundry, furnace + Nest thermostat to ensure comfortable climate control keeping you warm on the coldest night. With high quality insulation to prevent EXCESSIVE noise from the home above.

The house is located on a corner lot allowing for free street parking just outside the suite entrance. The suite entrance is on the side of the home and has a private concrete walkway.

The kitchen has modern granite finishes and is fully stocked including microwave, coffee machine (keurig + k-cups), toaster, blender, kettle, pots, pans, air fryer, cookware, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, prep bowls, measuring cups.

Laundry is private, full sized standup Samsung washer and dryer. Tide pods and bounce sheets are stocked on top of machine.

5 min walk to Harvest Hills Superstore, Ivor Dent Park.

10 min walk to Walmart, Sobeys, Winners, MacDonald’s, Starbucks, Tim Horton’s + Harvest Hills shopping areas.

10 min drive to South Common premium shopping outlets, The Meadows recreation center.

Excellent place to stay if needing to be in South Edmonton
One suggestion: provide slippers for your guests. The floors are very cold for stockinged feet :)

Shopping trip, getaway
The suite is super cozy and inviting, just what we needed after a full day of shopping. I'm always apprehensive of booking a basement suite for noise reasons but we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was. The neighbourhood is lovely for evening walks. We're looking forward to booking back here again for our next trip.

Cozy suite
We were very pleased this suite. The beds were comfy, towels were so huge and fluffy and the coffee was delicious. The laundry facilities were a welcome addition. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised to discover shopping within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

We are on the SouthEast side of Edmonton which is great for access to the Edmonton International Airport, close to the Grey Nun's Hospital, and with easy access to the Anthony Henday Freeway it's easy to get around the city in any direction.
