The Space:

Stay, play and getaway in this gorgeous, custom home in the gated community of The Idaho Club. Enter into a large living area with expansive views of this Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, overlooking one of the many ponds. A main floor primary suite with King bed, plus two additional Queen bedrooms upstairs make this an ideal couples or family home. The master bedrooms includes an office and computer desk for easy remote work access. Modern and fully appointed kitchen, high speed internet, gas fireplace, and a BBQ with outdoor entertaining area appoint the home for stays anytime of the year.  Sandpoint is just 10 minutes away and Schweitzer Mountain 30 minutes to the top!



Within the Idaho Club, enjoy an incredible golf course with 5 tee box settings.  Pro shop, range, practice chipping and putting green. The Clubhouse is a short walk from the home and offers excellent lunch and dinner service (please call the Clubhouse for seasonal hours and reservations in summer), as well as a large bar with TVs for the latest sports coverage.



The Idaho Club's emblem is a moose and they frequent the area primarily in the dawn and dusk hours.  Deer, osprey, eagles, ducks and a wide variety of migratory birds also live here.



In the 2 car garage, bicycles and helmets are provided to enjoy and explore the Idaho Club community.  One kayak and one stand up paddle board can be used on the meandering Pack River during the summer season - please bring or purchase a life jacket for your safety.

Avoid

We rented this house for 6 days this summer to visit friends and attend a family reunion. For the first 4 days the water from the tap and showers smelled like sulfur/sewage water and was unbearable. The property manager was responsive and sent someone out but it didn’t solve the problem. No consideration was made other than “sorry we don’t know what’s wrong”. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and left my wife and I with sore backs for entirety of the trip. Would avoid this property if I were you.

Thank you for this review. The Idaho Club sewer system had an issue that we were unaware of and it was fixed shortly after their stay that was causing the smell. This guest also took a golf cart from The Idaho Club and neglected to return it after their stay. We have had multiple negative experiences with this guest. They requested a cancellation and a full refund with 1 week notice which we were not able to do. The guest was very rude with our staff since their request for a refund was denied due to our cancellation policy. Thank you, Daugherty Management
