The Amazing "Sunset" House

There aren't many River/Inlet homes offered on "Folly" for vacation rentals. It's a well kept secret to be on the water with a dock to enjoy kayaking, boating, shrimping, crabbing, fishing, sunbathing, taking dips, or just hanging out on a float with a cool drink away from the crowds. Or, enjoy the sound of the fountain on the lower porch and the firepit on a chilly night.
Watching all of the wildlife around you such as pelicans, dolphins, seagulls, and even an Eagle along the way is fantastic and so relaxing that you may just skip the beach all together. However, you're not far from it to eat out, hang out, or whatever you desire.

All 4 bedrooms are well appointed including shades and curtains for resting comfortably. Nice bed linens are a must with plenty of soft plush towels for your stay. Televisions are located in all 3 of the upstairs bedrooms, in the sunroom and main den. You’ll also have many sitting and eating areas inside and out! If you want some privacy, there’s several decks and porches to spend some “alone time “.

The sunroom overlooks the breathtaking views of the inlet and is a favorite spot for most. Relax, enjoy the sites, dine, watch a little tv, or sit in the rocker and read a good book.

The large kitchen has ALL that you need show off your culinary talents. Lots of nice cooking wear and pretty dishes to add to a great dining experience.

You'll be very busy, IF YOU WANT Or Not.

I try to be honest with my quests so they'll know what to expect. Please review the "Sunset" House manual located in the kitchen to further familiarize you with the "workings "of the house. I promise it will make your stay much more enjoyable!
Please note that do not permit "house parties", as this home is geared toward families and only for the use of the number of guests entered at booking .
