We couldn't have asked for a better home for our family celebration. The host is amazing, the house was perfect for what we needed, the location was steps from the beach. This was a trip none of us will forget and we will all be back!

My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Darlana is an incredible host and went out of her way to accommodate our group with all our needs. The house is a perfect beach house and has everything you can think of needed for a beach vacation. We were there for my son's wedding and hosted a beach party the night before the wedding. There were so many beach toys and chairs and things available to take. My mom made the most beautiful wedding cake in the kitchen at the house, and Darlana went out of her way to make sure we had a kitchen aid to use for that task. The bedrooms were so nice and the sheets were the softest ever. We will be going back for sure. Thank you, Darlana for making this wedding destination trip a perfect 10!

A fun place to stay. So close to beach access and very walkable to main street shops and restaurants. The best part was we were able to use the golf cart to shuttle our family of 14 to restaurants and not have to pay for parking cars. Host was very accessible and accomodating to our requests.

Beautiful house close to beach and close to our venue for family wedding.

Our stay was fantastic. The property owner was easy to contact and answered all our questions. She also let us in a little early on arrival day!

The house is beautiful. It was perfect for what we needed. The host was always quick to respond, and very helpful. The screened in porch on the back, was a great spot to gather, and collect our thoughts. Coffee on the front porch is how most of us, started our day. The beach wasn’t far, but the golf cart was a huge help, and it was charged when we got there. The house was clean, and everything worked including the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay, very much. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location for our family trip. Enjoyed time at the beach, the beach town itself, and trips to Charleston. Sitting by the firepit in the afternoon watching deer and drinking coffee was one of our favorite activities. Plenty of space for our 4 families to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Darlana was easy to communicate with and checking in was a breeze. Would love to come again!

Wedding stay

We came for a family wedding in Charleston and so glad we stayed here. We were able to make it a beach weekend too. Just a short walk from the house and the property has all the beach chairs and toys for everyone.

Reunion perfection

We brought our adult children and some spouses for a mini family reunion The house was perfect for our needs, beach was close, restaurants wonderful and the hostess absolutely fabulous! We had an awesome time!

Reunion Citadel 1967. 55th

Reunion for five ⚾ players for 55th Reunion. Worked out great with our group. Great accommodations and owner was great to work with. Recommend this place very highly.

A Perfect Beach House for a large family

This beach house was a perfect fit for our extended family of 12 ranging in age from 4 to 81. It is well furnished and equipped. It has a large screened porch where we spent most of our time together. It is a short walk to the beach. The owner is very gracious and welcoming.

Family Wedding

The beach house was perfect for our family (9 adults and 4 children). We were in the area for a wedding and the location gave us some time to enjoy the beach and Folly Island while there. Darlana was great to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. Will definitely try to book for our next large family event!
