Amazing One Bedroom find! Owners lived in NYC and they know how to maximize space! 2nd Floor, One Bedroom, One Bath. King bed in the Bedroom and DOUBLE MURPHY BED with Plush Memory Foam Mattress in the Foyer! Such a great use of space that provides extra privacy for guests not in the master bedroom without the inconvenience to all of having to transform the living room into a sleep space.

Time to say AHHHHHH! Enjoy the incredible GULF VIEW at the perfect undistorted height -- high enough to enjoy a wonderful view, low enough to take the stairs if you prefer. Chill on the open patio, with beautiful, comfortable seating overlooking the gulf, pool and PICKLEBALL courts. Prepare a meal or pack a snack in the kitchen that may be stocked even better than your own!. Contemporary beach décor updated in Spring 2023. Includes the conveniences of home - Smart TVs, complimentary wi-fi, washer and dryer, charging station, complimentary linen exchange, and more. Nearby access to elevator or stairs puts you on the beach in seconds.

The overall unit was acceptable and easy to maneuver. We did have an ocean view but it’s not exactly on the beach. The tv in bedroom was difficult and were unable to use. Additionally, the mirrored glass wall in the living room was broken and covered partially with cardboard. It was ok for our needs.

Location is perfect, which is why we have stayed here four times, but each time the quality/beauty of our condos has significantly decreased here. Our unit was so outdated and there was so much broken and rundown about it. The stack unit washer and dryer apparently doesn't fit sitting face-out in the closet so you are literally w a flashlight, contorting your body to read the dials. Mirrored wall broken w large cardboard patch. The bed waa like a rock, linens cheap and rough. Just a huge disappointment.

Family getaway

This place was perfect for a family of four (w/ two kiddos ages 9 & 4). I loved the fold-down bed and our kids thought that was super cool! Wonderful ocean-view and a quick walk to the pool/ocean. I definitely want to stay at this same rental next time! They have everything you need for cooking/eating in the room if you’re wanting to cut costs with going out to eat. Perfect little getaway spot!
