Worst experience ever

Beautiful property - but the heating does not work and can’t be controlled by the individual in the property. It was 50 degrees outside and the house had no heating all all for first day & night. Maintenance came on second day and when we got home house so hot we had to sleep with every window and door wide open, day three they came back and told us they set it to 72 which was decent but the upstairs was still very hot and we slept with all doors open. Day 4 same: Day 5 mainentance came back and said if you turn thermostat all way up or all way down they don’t work. 3 fireplaces in house but you only allowed to use 1 and that one had no wood, or lighter: Terrible experience. Who would want to rent a 4000 sq foot house and have to sleep with every door and wooden wide open and have the wind howling through the house each night.
