About this property

Beautifully decorated 2br, 2ba, gulf front condo in the heart of orange beach. Conveniently located close to restaurants and pleasure island arcade. Watch the dauphins swim from your private balcony overlooking our sugar white beach. Very well maintained complex with all the amenities. Enjoy your vacation in our home away from home.

Master Bedroom has 1 king bed,
First Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Unit also has a queen sleeper sofa.

ALL PHOENIX RESERVATIONS MUST PURCHASE A $55 PER VEHICLE PARKING PASS WITH PHOENIX COMPLEX.

When using a credit/debit card, we charge a 3.5 percent convenience fee on any amount put on a card.

Great location but….

Room had an werid smell, I suggest getting rid of the rugs. It seems to smell like a wet gross towel.

It was all a convenient place to stay. Everywhere we needed to go was close by. Shopping and restaurants were a snap to get to. We were on the 4th floor, and it was great.

Super friendly and helpful staff.

Overall our stay was great. Only complaint we had in regards to the comfort of our stay would be the mattresses and pillows definitely need to be upgrades. Other than that the condo was perfect.

Terrible

The condo had a very distinct moldy and smoke smell, the furniture was all worn out and old, nothing matched. The couch if you sat down on it almost went to the floor, the condo was just a mess, the wifi password they gave us did not work and some of the lights did not work. I will never book through Sugar sands again and I would suggest no one else book.
