This 4th floor beach themed unit is nicley decorated with a new sofa sleeper and love seat in the living room. There are flat screen TV's in the living room, beachside master bedroom and guest bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen to pepare meals and you will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off ot the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Love this place!! Won’t go anywhere else

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have now stayed at this condo building twice now (2 different units), and it has been an absolute pleasure each time! Great location, super close to beach, great pool, etc. Love it here! Maintenance and office staff are both very nice and helpful. Ended up extending stay last minute for an extra day, and it was lovely!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I have rented this same unit once a year since 2017. This 2 bed, 2 bath unit is perfect for us. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I do wish the bath towels and washclothes could get an upgrade. Bigger and softer would be nice. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.
