Property is on Country Club Blvd and close to Cape Coral Center and all other conscience, super markets and shopping areas in 10 min any direction. - Feel free to bring your boat, from the dock it is easy 7 min drive out to river which leads to Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. - Ft Myers Beach also close by, and Ft Myers Downtown for festivities just over the bridge. - You will have a comfortable and enjoyable living in this property with all amenities of SW Florida near by.
